On behalf of the Appleton Area Hockey Association, we would like to thank you for your willingness to coach a team this season. Please know we appreciate all the time and energy you will put into running your team. If you have any questions or need any assistance during the season, please do not hesitate to contact the Player Development Committee (PDC).

STEPS TO BECOME A COACH

- COMPLETE AGE SPECIFIC MODULE
- COMPLETE CEP
STEP 2
Register with AAHA.
During this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
Once complete, come back to finish steps 3-6
STEP 3
Background screening on coaches will be good for two years, If you did not fill out the screening last season you must do it for the 2022-2023 Season.
Step 4
The SafeSport Training and Refresher Training are each valid for one (1) season beginning on 4/1/20.
Step 5
You must complete each module PRIOR to participating with your team or being placed on a roster.
Coaches must be current members of USA Hockey in order to register for the modules.
Step 6
Coaches have until December 31st each season to complete the Coaching Clinic requirement.
